Wine diet

The wine diet has appeared relatively recently, but has already gained popularity.

Red wine is good for the cardiovascular system of the body – this information has been known for a long time and is confirmed by research. In the meantime, in order to adhere to the rules of a wine diet, it is not necessary to drink wine.

Nutritionist R. Coder, chief specialist of the British National Institute, has been conducting research on red wine and its effect on the human body for fifteen years. He is the author of the wine diet. Most nutritionists have recognized that the wine diet is a real discovery.

Dr. Koder says that it makes no sense to adhere to the rules of a wine diet if a person simply wants to try this nutritional principle out of interest or cannot deny himself a meal in the evening. The wine diet implies a delicate and unified approach to healthy eating that prolongs life, in which the loss of extra pounds is just a side benefit.

Not so long ago, red wine was advised to drink for people suffering from problems with cardiovascular diseases. The aforementioned scientist decided to consider red wine in terms of its dietary characteristics. In doing so, he relied on three questions:

– how red wine reduces heart failure;

– which ingredient in red wine protects the heart muscle;

– whether all varieties of red wine have the same effect.

Red wine contains a group of organic substances responsible for the depth and richness of wine color, as well as for the bouquet of aromas. These substances, called procyanidins , are part of red wines, the fermentation process of which lasted for a long time.

Typically, these substances can be found in red wines in Italy and France. Procyanidins prevent blood clotting in the arteries, reduce blood pressure and cholesterol concentration, thereby strengthening health and returning to normal weight.

But it’s not just red wine that contains procyanidins . They are also found in pomegranates, berries, nuts, apples, even dark chocolate candies. In this regard, there is no need to consume red wine to follow a wine diet. However, it’s worth considering a wine-based diet.

It is recommended to adhere to the wine diet for no more than three days. Wine diet helps in cases when it is necessary to lose not very much weight in a short time.

For the whole day, you can drink a bottle of dry red wine only. And it doesn’t matter how the entire volume of liquid will be divided.

Better, of course, to try to split the bottle of wine all day in order to satisfy your hunger. In addition to red wine, on the first day, you can afford a few large green apples or a few slices of rye bread. Both apples and rye bread help cleanse the body. These foods can also be eaten whenever you want.

Ideal for a wine diet for the holidays. On the eve of the holiday, a bottle of red wine is drunk and apples or bread are eaten. On a holiday, you can also drink wine, and the next day, the diet of the first day is repeated.

A wine diet will help the heart work and initiate the mechanism of weight loss.

The wine diet belongs to the mono-diet category . And like any such diet, the wine diet is quite stingy in terms of nutrient content. This explains the maximum period of its observance – 3 days. And not every person will be able to last longer, using only wine and apples. By the way, before starting the diet, you should strictly adjust yourself, otherwise there is a risk of jumping off the diet.
