Zucchini includes a lot of potassium and magnesium, iron and vitamin complexes. In addition, zucchini perfectly removes excess fluid from the body, contribute to the elimination of cellulite deposits. Zucchini is prescribed for food to people suffering from diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, diabetes mellitus, with cardiovascular diseases, and diseases of the gall bladder and liver. In diseases of the cardiovascular system, zucchini is especially useful because it contains compounds of magnesium and potassium. In other words, a squash diet is an ideal way to lose weight without harming your health. I must say that many legendary celebrity people keep themselves in shape precisely thanks to the squash diet – French actresses Catherine Deneuve and Sophia Loren, Margaret Thatcher and Alain Delon.

Principles of squash diet:

The second option squash diet for one day:

Main breakfast:

Fresh apple and cabbage salad – 200g, a cup of unsweetened green tea.

Lunch:

Braised zucchini – 250g, two tangerines or one orange, a cup of freshly squeezed tomato juice or mineral water without gas.

Dinner:

Baked zucchini – 150 g, boiled fish – 200 g, one apple, a cup of unsweetened green tea.

Snack:

One apple, soaked raisins – 150 g, a cup of freshly squeezed orange juice or water without gas.

Dinner:

Stewed zucchini – 250g, other vegetables – 150g, a cup of unsweetened green tea.

Zucchini with milk and rice

You need to take ½ medium-sized zucchini, 100 grams of rice, half a liter of milk, fresh carrots, beets, onions, parsley and dill, salt to taste.

Do not peel the zucchini and cut into small strips, grate the carrots and beets or grind them with a blender, chop the onions in half rings and wash the rice grains. Put ½ chopped vegetables in a saucepan, cover with rice, then put the remaining vegetables. Pour the dish with hot salted water, boil and leave on low heat for six minutes. After that, carefully pour the dish with milk. Remove the pan from the stove, let stand a little and can be served to the table, after sprinkling with herbs.
