A liquid diet means a seven-day meal, during which it is possible to lose up to four kilograms of excess weight. The main plus of a liquid diet is the absence of a negative effect on the stomach. In other words, after finishing the liquid diet, the stomach will not suffer. The peculiarity of the liquid diet is that food is taken at first every hour, then every three hours.
9.00. – a glass of oatmeal broth, a cup of unsweetened tea or coffee;
10.00. – a portion of vegetable broth;
11.00. – one glass of boiled water. The water should be as hot as possible;
12.00. – a glass of freshly squeezed fruit juice, diluted with water, 0.7 cups of juice, 0.3 cups of warm clean water;
13.00. – a glass of warm low-fat milk;
14.00. – one glass of hot water:
15.00.- a glass of fruit or berries compote without sugar;
16.00. – a plate of low-fat meat broth. For 200 grams of meat, take four glasses of water. It is better to prefer lean beef or lamb. The broth is cooked for an hour, then it is cooled and filtered;
17.00. – a glass of hot water;
18.00. – a glass of hot water;
19.00. – a glass of freshly squeezed vegetable juice diluted with water;
20.00. – a glass of juicy fresh vegetables compote;
21.00. – a glass of hot water without sugar;
22.00. – a glass of low-fat kefir, fermented baked milk or yogurt.
This diet must be followed for three days. After that, the food changes somewhat.
9.00. – a cup of mashed cauliflower and potatoes, carrots. Everything is crushed in a blender, mixed, filled with low-fat unsweetened kefir.
12.00. – three tomatoes, slightly simmered in water. After cooking, tomatoes are crushed and seasoned with low-fat kefir.
15.00. – a plate of boiled, very finely grated carrots, you can add fresh liquid honey, apple juice diluted with water.
18.00. – a plate of finely grated vegetables. You can boil beets, potatoes or carrots. Everything is crushed, mixed and filled with low-fat kefir.
21.00. – a plate of grated boiled pumpkin or cauliflower pulp. As a dressing, you can use low-fat kefir or low-fat sour milk.
9.00. – Boiled vegetable salad. For the salad, you can use carrots and potatoes, cauliflower and zucchini. Instead of a salad, you can eat stewed carrots with a dressing in the form of low-fat yogurt or kefir.
12.00. – a portion of light semolina or rice cereal with low-fat milk. It is better to first boil the cereals in water, and then add milk.
15.00. – a slice of black bread, a salad of mashed boiled carrots and beets. Instead of this dish, you can make a mashed potato and zucchini soup, tomatoes and carrots. You can fill the soup with low-fat kefir.
18.00. – a plate of mashed potatoes or pumpkin with low-fat sour milk, a cup of unsweetened coffee or tea.
21.00. – salad of cabbage and carrots grated on a fine grater, the salad is seasoned with liquid honey or apple juice.
The third day
9.00. – a portion of buckwheat or semolina cooked in low-fat milk, vegetable compote .
12.00. – black bread, vegetable salad with grated cheese. It is very good if the bread is with bran or mustard grains.
15.00. – puree soup with vegetables and barley. You can add mushrooms. To prepare the soup, take a liter of water, two potatoes, carrots, a medium-sized onion, a tablespoon of olive oil, and a handful of dried mushrooms.
18.00. – stewed vegetables: zucchini, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes. Everything is crushed, mixed and filled with lemon juice.
21.00. – a slice of rye bread with low-fat cheese or low-fat cottage cheese. Fresh cucumber and tomato salad with olive oil. A cup of unsweetened tea or coffee.
