Every morning, 2 hours before meals and every evening, two hours before bedtime, drink a honey drink on an empty stomach. All other products can be eaten, of course, adhering to a reasonable diet, that is, no more than 1.2 thousand calories daily. After taking a honey drink in the evening, you can not eat anything.

Basic breakfast: 150 g of low-fat cottage cheese with the addition of a teaspoon of honey, a glass of unsweetened tea with lemon, 1 apple.

2nd breakfast: a jar of low-fat natural yogurt, a glass of any freshly squeezed juice.

Lunch: boiled or steamed cauliflower or broccoli, a glass of fresh strawberries or 1 apple, tea with honey and lemon.

Afternoon snack: banana or apple.

Dinner: the first day – a glass of low-fat kefir with a spoonful of honey, the second day 200 g of vegetable broth, apple, honey.

Honey is a strong allergen, so the honey diet is not suitable for everyone. If there is an allergic reaction to all bee products, it is better not to risk it.

To enhance the slimming effect, honey must be applied to the skin of the body. Honey body masks and wraps help to normalize metabolic processes, reduce excess fat deposits, help with intoxication of the body, and, among other things, nourish, moisturize and rejuvenate the skin.

Before doing honey wraps, you need to warm up the body a little with a massage. After that, coat the body with the prepared mixture, wrap in plastic, wrap the body in a blanket. For the mixture, you can use honey alone or mix it, for example, with milk, kefir or alcohol. Essential oils of rose, lemon, orange, grapefruit, vinegar or juice can be mixed into honey.

Honey with milk or with kefir: dilute honey with milk or kefir in equal parts. Further, the procedure is in the same way. 

Honey with alcohol: stir the ingredients in equal proportions. Such a body mask greatly dries the skin, so immediately after applying it, the skin must be lubricated with a nourishing cream. 

Honey is a useful product and high in calories. It includes about 60 microelements that are essential for the human body: glucose and mineral salts, enzymes and vitamin compounds. 100 g of honey meets 0.1 of a person’s daily energy requirement. The body absorbs honey very quickly, honey normalizes the digestive process.
