Fish diet

The traditional fish diet lasts a week, during which time it is possible to lose up to seven kilograms of excess weight. All seven days of the fish diet must follow the same diet.

On breakfast

Soft-boiled chicken egg, low-fat kefir or yogurt, green apple, green tea without sugar.

For lunch

150 grams of boiled low-fat fish, fresh cucumber, 200 ml. mineral water without gas.

For lunch

150 grams of boiled low-fat fish, green lettuce leaves, 200 grams of low-fat cottage cheese, unsweetened green tea.

For dinner

150 grams of boiled low-fat fish, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, 200 grams of low-fat cottage cheese, unsweetened green tea.

Dinner is required until six in the evening. You can drink an unlimited amount of unsweetened green tea and still mineral water daily. A large amount of fluid consumed per day should remove toxic toxic substances from the body.

Of course, this fish diet cannot boast of variety, and after a few days, it will probably turn back from it. People who want to lose weight but need to eat a variety of foods can supplement the original fish diet with some permitted foods.

1 day

At breakfast, steamed lean fish and a few green lettuce leaves are eaten. You can drink boiled natural coffee without sugar. Low-fat fish soup and 200 grams of boiled salmon are perfect for lunch. For dinner, you are allowed to eat 150 grams of boiled low-fat fish or the same amount of boiled shrimp, you can only drink unsweetened green tea.

2 day

For breakfast, a small piece of fish fried in olive oil, unsweetened green tea. For lunch, low-fat fish soup, a small slice of black bread, green tea without sugar. For dinner, a salad of fresh vegetables, salted herring, a small slice of black bread, unsweetened green tea or still mineral water.

Day 3

For breakfast, you are allowed to eat a slice of black bread, spread with red caviar without butter, a cup of black coffee without sugar. For lunch, vegetable soup, a small slice of black bread, one soft-boiled chicken egg and unsweetened green tea are allowed. For dinner, you can eat mussels and some vegetable salad.

Day 4

For breakfast, you need to eat 200 grams of boiled pollock, fresh vegetable salad and unsweetened green tea or coffee. For lunch, a small plate of low-fat pickle and a small piece of boiled low-fat fish. For dinner, one boiled potato in a uniform, boiled mussels and still mineral water is allowed.

Day 5

For breakfast, eat boiled cod or other marine lean fish and coffee without sugar. For lunch, lean fish soup and a small piece of fish fried in olive oil. For dinner, fried calamari or shrimps, fresh carrot salad, a small portion of brown rice, still mineral water.

6 day

For breakfast, you are allowed to eat a small slice of boiled fish and drink a glass of still mineral water. For lunch, low-fat beetroot soup and fresh vegetable salad. For dinner, you can eat one steamed fishcake, several boiled potatoes, and unsweetened green tea.

Day 7

For breakfast, black bread with red caviar without butter, a cup of unsweetened green tea. For lunch, vegetable soup, a small piece of low-fat boiled fish, a glass of mineral water without gas are allowed. For dinner, dietary rice, boiled squid and green tea without sugar.
