Dish composition:

Half a kilogram of chicken, 200 g of milk cheese, a large onion, a glass of low-fat kefir, a glass of low-fat sour cream, half a glass of mayonnaise, a few cloves of garlic, olive oil, salt and spices.

Such a dish of the Kremlin diet can be prepared on weekdays, and served on the festive table. As a side dish, you can boil potatoes.

Onion cut into rings, chicken cut into small cubes, cheese grate on a coarse grater. In one container, mix kefir, mayonnaise and sour cream.

Fry the onion rings in a frying pan until slightly golden, then add the chicken.

When the chicken is slightly gilded, stir in a mixture of mayonnaise, kefir and sour cream. Then add the minced garlic and grated cheese. Simmer the dish on low heat for five to ten minutes.

Before serving, pour this sauce over the boiled potatoes and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.

Kremlin diet dish-diet shish kebab

The recipe for such a shish kebab is easy to prepare, and it tastes like you can just lick your fingers. By the way, for the preparation of this barbecue grill is not needed.

Ingredients

500 g of chicken, 500 g of fresh mushrooms, half a cup of mayonnaise, half a cup of ketchup without adding seasonings, salt and ground black pepper.

Chicken and mushrooms should be cut into even cubes, mayonnaise and tomato ketchup mixed in one container.

Add a little salt to the chicken. Boil the mushrooms a little until they are half cooked. On small skewers made of wood, you need to string alternately mushrooms and chicken.

These diet kebabs can be cooked in a home oven or on the grill. Before the shish kebab is absolutely ready, it is necessary to liberally lubricate it with mayonnaise mixed with tomato ketchup. After that, put the shish kebab back in the oven.

Kremlin diet dish-Chinese salad

This dish is not only very tasty, but also has a very attractive appearance. And, in addition, this salad has its own “zest” — it can be served both cold and hot. If the salad is served hot, it should go to the table immediately after cooking.

Ingredients

500 g of lean beef, 200 g of potatoes 200 g of cucumbers, 2 sweet Bulgarian preferably multi-colored peppers, olive oil, salt and spices, soy sauce and mayonnaise.

Beef, cucumbers, potatoes and bell peppers should be cut into thin strips.

Beef is slightly fried in a frying pan in olive oil, add spices and salt.

Not much without bringing the beef to readiness, add the potatoes to it, continue cooking. During the frying process, it is necessary to constantly stir the contents of the pan. The “trick” of this Chinese salad is that the potatoes should be a little raw.

Add the cucumbers to the pan and cook all together for a few more minutes.

Remove the dish from the heat, add the chopped pepper and mix with the mayonnaise. When served hot, you do not need to add mayonnaise.

Kremlin diet dish-salad of vegetables, berries and fruits

The main ingredient of this dish is fresh cranberry berries. Lingonberry, of course, is quite a rare berry in our strip, and its cost is quite large. But, as they say, “you can’t get a word out of a song.”

Ingredients

400 g of white cabbage, 200 g of fresh carrots, 200 g of fresh apples,? 1/2 cup peeled pine nuts ? 2 cups fresh cranberries, lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Cabbage should be finely chopped.

On a coarse grater, chop the apple and fresh carrot. Mix everything indicated in one container, stirring in pine nuts, cranberries. Add salt and pepper.

Season with the juice of one lemon and a few tablespoons of olive oil. Mix well and serve.
