Everyone knows that health “comes from the inside”, that is, proper nutrition is our everything. You can do physical exercise, use expensive creams, but if you eat “anyhow”, there will be no long-term effect. The effect will be only external and short-lived.
The question of how proper nutrition affects the body is of interest to both scientists and ordinary people. What are its principles?
What’s for lunch?
The first thing you should pay attention to is ensuring that food intake into the body is in accordance with age norms, no more. It is easy to train the stomach to absorb large volumes, but it is very difficult to get rid of this addiction.
Should I go vegetarian or keep eating meat? Perhaps, after all, there is no point in completely abandoning the use of meat products, since they provide the intake of protein in the body. And this is the building material for cells. The ban is imposed only on fatty meat.
Breakfast should be included in the diet of every person at any age. And in the morning it is better to eat either a plate of porridge (buckwheat, oatmeal, rice) in water or milk, or low-fat cottage cheese. Eating scrambled eggs and bacon or fried potatoes with meat is undesirable for breakfast.
Those who really want proper nutrition to become the norm will not give up the snack between breakfast and lunch. Some time after your morning meal, you can eat an apple, banana, yogurt, drink a cup of freshly brewed prune tea.
In no case should you refuse a full meal. For lunch, a small bowl of chicken soup or lean borscht is perfect, for the second – chicken or fish with a side dish. But tea is better to drink a little later, after about an hour and a half.
Proper nutrition, in fact, is not so much a diet as a uniform, balanced use of foods without sudden jumps in food volumes or frequent changes in diet. It is better to stick to the golden mean in everything.
Therefore, for those who do not want to gain weight, it is enough to simply reduce the portions so that they leave the table not completely full. This applies to breakfast, lunch and dinner.
By the way, you shouldn’t refuse dinner either. You just need to exclude meat products from it (they take longer to digest), sweets and cakes, and exchange them for vegetable salads (as an option – fruit salads), plus, a glass of kefir (without bread and sugar).
About diets: not only benefits
Now, in a few words, we can touch on the topic of diets – who still needs them, how long can you follow, what are the benefits and harms. A diet for weight loss is needed for those whose weight is outside the norm – an indisputable fact. Medical diets are designed to perform slightly different tasks, therefore, you need to adhere to a certain diet only as prescribed by doctors. In any case, the big mistake would be:
– compliance with any diet without consulting a doctor;
– adherence to the chosen diet for longer than recommended;
– a sharp return after the end of the diet to the previous way of life.
Moreover, you can harm your body if, for example, adhere to a protein diet for kidney disease. With diabetes mellitus, experiments with fashionable diets are generally prohibited. Some diets can cause biliary stones to escape and block the bile ducts. There is no doubt that proper, fractional nutrition , which does not allow long periods of fasting, is necessary for a person suffering from stomach diseases.
Remember! A person is able in many ways not only to maintain a good state of his own health and increase the chances of longevity, but also to “keep in check” many diseases. And for this you just need to be attentive to what his breakfast, lunch and dinner consist of. Be healthy!
