Irga is found in suburban areas, but not often. But this berry is very useful, due to its composition. Therefore, in the season it is very desirable to include it in the menu if you adhere to proper nutrition.

How to use a berry with proper nutrition?

What is rich in irgi? The berry contains a lot of valuable substances from vitamins to volatile and flavonols. There are a lot of vitamins C, P and group B in berries. There are pectins, organic acids, sterols, fiber, phytosterols, tannins, anthocyanins, phytoncides, fatty oils, dietary fiber. And the fruits contain micro and macro elements, including such rare ones as lead and cobalt. At the same time, there are practically no proteins and fats in the berries.

Since proper nutrition involves the use of all wholesome foods, berry must be included in your diet. Irgus begins to ripen around the end of July, and you can enjoy berries almost all of August.

How to eat a berry with proper nutrition? Of course, it will be most useful to consume fresh irga. If it’s not interesting to eat berries just like that, you can prepare various desserts and drinks. If you want to keep the berry for the winter, you can freeze or dry the fruit. Naturally, like other berries, irgu can be used to prepare the filling for pies. But such food will be more high-calorie, so often it is not worth eating, especially if you want to lose weight.

It is very important that you need to consume irga moderately. Adults need only 250 g of berries per day or even a little less. The fact is that excessive consumption of berries can lead to a decrease in pressure, loss of strength and drowsiness (the berry has a strong calming effect). You should not combine a berry with milk, kefir, yogurt and cottage cheese, as the occurrence of diarrhea and bloating is possible. A handful of berries per day is enough for children.

It is not recommended to eat the berry for diabetes, epilepsy, hemophilia, hypotension, allergies. In any case, it is better to consult with a specialist in advance. If there are no contraindications, irgi will only benefit.

Are there any diets on irga?

Tasty berry is also useful for weight loss. Irgha contains only 43 kcal per 100 g. And these fruits also help to speed up metabolism, establish digestion processes, and reduce cravings for sweets. Naturally, there are diets on this berry.

A short diet, designed for three days, has a meager menu. Only berries, vegetables and cottage cheese are allowed. At the same time, it is worth remembering that cottage cheese and irga cannot be combined. Of course, a feeling of hunger will not occur, but you should not stick to such a diet for a long time. 

The diet menu may be as follows:

  • in the morning: cottage cheese and green tea;
  • snack: irga;
  • lunch: vegetable soup, stew and berries;
  • afternoon snack: salad;
  • dinner: baked vegetables.

There is a long diet. It is designed for ten days. During this diet, it is allowed to eat all healthy foods, as with proper nutrition. Baking, sweets, fatty foods, processed foods are prohibited. As for the irgi, you can drink stewed fruit, fruit drinks, juices or just eat berries during snacks. In addition, you can add fruit to dairy-free cereals or make smoothies.

The diet menu should be composed as follows:

  • breakfast: oatmeal on the water with irga, compote;
  • snack: smoothie with irga and other fruits;
  • lunch: vegetable soup, baked fish, salad, fruit drink;
  • afternoon tea: half a glass of berry;
  • dinner: cottage cheese casserole with apples, tea.

There are many ways to create a menu. The main thing is that the diet is balanced and complete, and of course, that the berries should be on the menu.

You can simply do unloading on berries. To do this, during the day you should eat only yergu, as well as other fruits, for example, apples or pears. It is important to remember moderation: a glass of berries and half a kilogram of other fruits, not more.

Useful recipes for delicious berry dishes

Proper nutrition involves the use of healthy dishes, so when choosing recipes, you should give preference to low-fat and not too sweet options. Sugar should be used minimally, especially since the berry is sweet. Here are some interesting and easy recipes. 

Compote

Cut five apples and three pears into cubes, add water, add half a glass of berry berries. Cook for four minutes. Cool and drink. Fruits are better to choose sweet so as not to use sugar.

Banana Smoothie

In a blender, beat half a glass of strawberries and raspberries, half a banana and 250 grams of a berry. Pour 250 ml of apple juice and whisk again. Juice is better to use freshly squeezed.

Kiwi smoothie

Two kiwi and nectarine cut into cubes. Add half a glass of virigin and beat. Then add a little mineral water (to taste) and beat again.

Pumpkin with Rice

Cut the pumpkin into small cubes, mix with boiled rice (arbitrary proportions). Put in pots, sprinkle with irga and dried cranberries, pour honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook in the oven for about twenty minutes. If desired, add dried apricots or raisins to this dish.

Salad

Dice banana, two peaches, kiwi. Mix, add a handful of berry berries and blueberries. Pour in lemon juice. You can mix lemon and orange juices (they must be freshly squeezed).

Pie

Grind 100 g of butter with 120 g of sugar, add two eggs, a teaspoon of baking powder and about 350 g of flour. Knead the dough, put in a form, make sides. Pour berries of a berry on top. Bake for about half an hour. You can pour cream of sour cream and a small amount of sugar and pour on top.

Cold tea

Three tablespoons of irgi pour a glass of boiling water, boil for three minutes. Brew green or black tea. Combine two drinks, mix. Cool, add ice cubes. Such a drink will not only help cool and quench your thirst, but also improve metabolism.

Basil drink

Mix a handful of fresh basil and the same amount of sweet cream. Brew a tablespoon of the mixture with boiling water (one glass is enough). Insist and after ten minutes you can drink hot or cool.

The recipes are simple, while the dishes are very tasty and healthy. Therefore, in the ripening season, berries should diversify the food with interesting dishes with irga.
