An emergency diet is not without reason called that. It is like an ambulance for quickly losing weight that has accumulated over the winter, or in the process of bearing a child. An emergency diet promises weight loss of 7-8 kilograms with proper observance of the daily regimen and nutrition that it offers. It is designed for two weeks.
In order for the process to take place with minimal consequences in the form of dehydration for the body, all these two weeks a woman (or a man who has taken to lose weight) needs to drink at least one and a half liters of fluid per day. It can be either simple boiled water or unsweetened green tea with lemon. An emergency diet is a pretty tough test for the body. During its implementation, it is better not to bother the body with excessive loads – you need to get enough sleep.
On the first and eighth day of the diet for breakfast, you need to eat a cup of oatmeal cooked in water and black coffee. At lunch, you can afford to eat two soft-boiled eggs, a cup of salad made from fresh cabbage and carrots. For dinner, you need to eat 250 grams of cottage cheese. On the second and ninth day of the diet, you can have breakfast with a cup of buckwheat porridge on the water, black coffee. Lunch should consist of boiled chicken legs or another part of the chicken, which is a dietary product and a cup of vinaigrette. Dinner can consist of 100 grams of boiled sausage without fat and two pickles.
An emergency diet involves eating on the third and tenth day of “fasting” for breakfast, you can eat 200 grams of low-fat cottage cheese and all the same black coffee. For lunch – a cup of cabbage soup, which can be cooked on meat, 200 grams of carrot salad with vegetable oil and an orange. For dinner, you can afford to eat a large cup of vinaigrette. On the fourth and eleventh day in the morning you can eat a cup of oatmeal n
and water and drink a traditional cup of black coffee. For lunch, one soft-boiled egg, 100 grams of grated carrots and 60 grams of cheese are eaten. For dinner, you can prepare a large cup of fruit salad, which must be supplemented with a cup of kefir for the night.
An emergency diet is not a diet in the traditional sense of the word. Observing it, you do not need to starve yourself. On the fifth and twelfth day of the breakfast diet, it is best to eat a cup of buckwheat porridge and a cup of green tea. For lunch, you can eat 150 grams of boiled hake, sprinkled with lemon juice, a cup of salad of fresh carrots and cabbage. Dinner should consist of healthy low-fat cottage cheese in the amount of approximately 250 grams. On the sixth and thirteenth day for breakfast, you can afford a cup of vinaigrette and a cup of tea. For lunch, you need to eat 100 grams of boiled chicken and 100 grams of grated carrots. For dinner, you can eat apples as much as you want.
On the seventh and last, fourteenth, day of the diet, you need to eat a cup of oatmeal cooked in water and a cup of tea for breakfast. For lunch – 100 grams of boiled chicken yam and two pickles. For dinner, again, 250 grams of low-fat cottage cheese. This diet is quite gentle, does not make you constantly feel hungry. This ensures normal health, as well as ease in its implementation. Some extreme diets do not help losing weight just because they constantly feel hungry, and do not withstand the whole two weeks on a diet.
This type of diet is very well balanced. Subject to an emergency diet, a person will not have vitamin deficiencies or a lack of any kind of food. It is enriched with calcium, as cottage cheese, proteins, meat and meat, and vitamins are present in the diet, as a person eats healthy fruits and vegetables in excess.
