500 g of chicken, 200 g of milk cheese, a large onion, a glass of low-fat kefir, a glass of fat-free sour cream, half a glass of mayonnaise, a few cloves of garlic, olive oil, salt and spices.
Such a dish of the Kremlin diet can be prepared on weekdays and served on the festive table. Potatoes can be boiled as a side dish.
Cut the onion into rings, cut the chicken into small cubes, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. In one container, mix kefir, mayonnaise and sour cream.
Fry the onion rings in a pan until slightly golden, then add the chicken.
When the chicken is a little golden , mix the mixture of mayonnaise, kefir and sour cream into the pan. Then add chopped garlic and grated cheese. Simmer the dish over low heat for five to ten minutes.
Before serving, pour boiled potatoes with this sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
Dish of the Kremlin diet – diet barbecue
The recipe for such a barbecue is easy to prepare, and the taste is just licking your fingers. By the way, you don’t need a grill to cook this barbecue.

500 g of chicken meat, 500 g of fresh champignon mushrooms, half a glass of mayonnaise, half a glass of unseasoned ketchup, salt and black pepper.
Chicken and mushrooms should be cut into even cubes, mayonnaise and tomato ketchup mixed in one container.
Salt the chicken a little. Boil mushrooms until half cooked . On small wooden skewers, string mushrooms and chicken meat alternately.
These diet skewers can be cooked in a home oven or grilled. Before the barbecue is absolutely ready, it is necessary to generously grease it with mayonnaise mixed with tomato ketchup. After that, put the kebab back into the oven.
Kremlin diet dish – Chinese salad
This dish is not only very tasty, but also has a very attractive appearance. And, besides, this salad has its own “zest” – it can be served both cold and hot. If the salad is served hot, it should go to the table immediately after preparation.
Ingredients
500 g lean beef, 200 g potatoes 200 g cucumbers, 2 sweet bell peppers, preferably multi-colored, olive oil, salt and spices, soy sauce and mayonnaise.
Beef, cucumbers, potatoes and bell peppers should be cut into thin strips.
Lightly fry the beef in a frying pan with olive oil, add spices and salt.
Not much without bringing the beef to readiness, add potatoes to it, continue cooking. In the process of frying, it is necessary to constantly stir the contents of the pan. The “trick” of this Chinese salad is that the potatoes should be a little raw.
Pour the cucumbers into the pan and fry everything together for a few more minutes.
Remove the dish from the heat, add chopped pepper and mix with mayonnaise. When serving hot, mayonnaise does not need to be added.
A dish of the Kremlin diet – a salad of vegetables, berries and fruits
The main ingredient of this dish is fresh cranberries. Lingonberries, of course, are quite a rare berry in our country, and their cost is quite high. But, as they say, “you can’t throw out a word from a song.”
Ingredients
400 g white cabbage, 200 g fresh carrots, 200 g fresh apples, ¼ cup peeled pine nuts, ¼ cup fresh cranberries, lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Cabbage should be finely chopped.
Grind an apple and fresh carrots on a coarse grater. Mix everything indicated in one container, mixing in pine nuts, lingonberries. Add salt and pepper.
Drizzle with the juice of one lemon and a few tablespoons of olive oil. Mix properly and serve.
