The first variant of the Herculean diet takes one week. Throughout the week, you need to eat only oatmeal. Cooking oatmeal porridge for a diet is very easy – you need to take a glass of rolled oats and brew it with hot water.

It is impossible to diversify porridge with butter, sugar and other additives. But there is one advantage – such porridge can be eaten whenever and in any quantity. It’s good if you eat porridge at the same time from day to day.

The second version of the Herculean diet is a little simpler than the first. The food is the same – oatmeal porridge, but it can be diluted with a little skim milk or yogurt, honey or fruit without fruit starch.

Sample menu of the Herculean diet:

– for breakfast: oatmeal porridge with fresh apple slices, unsweetened green tea;

– for lunch: oatmeal porridge with honey, a glass of low-fat yogurt;

– for dinner: empty oatmeal porridge, a glass of skim milk, half a green apple.

Unsweetened green tea, still mineral water, boiled and spring water are allowed.

The first strict version of the Herculean diet makes it possible to lose up to seven kilograms in a week, in the second version you can lose up to five. The Herculean diet is certainly not an easy one. It is even possible that after it it will be impossible to look at the Hercules.

In principle, the Herculean diet is very similar to diets based on the consumption of other cereals. Therefore, it is possible to replace rolled oats with more acceptable food.

The Herculean Diet belongs to the category of unbalanced diets, so it is worth talking to your doctor before starting to stick to it.

The Herculean diet should be carried out several times a year to cleanse the body.

Not everyone can “survive” the entire course of the Herculean diet, lasting from five to seven days. Therefore, the Herculean diet often lasts no more than four days.

In order to prepare a portion of dietary oatmeal porridge, you need to brew 200 ml of two tablespoons of oatmeal. boiling water, let it brew for ten minutes. Such porridge can be eaten with the slightest feeling of hunger. Of course, you cannot eat large quantities of unflavored porridge.

In order not to undermine health during the Herculean diet, it is recommended to add some other foods.

At breakfast, you can add half a glass of low-fat kefir or low-fat fermented baked milk to the oatmeal porridge. At lunch, you can dilute the rolled oats with natural honey or syrup. A grated apple is perfect for dinner. If you are not allergic to nuts, you can add walnuts. Between eating oatmeal porridge, you can afford one apple or one carrot.

Hercules with the addition of other products will provide the body with vitamins for five days, during which you can easily lose five kilograms. If oatmeal porridge is used as food on fasting days, then nothing can be added to it.

After the body is cleansed and put in order by the Herculean diet, it is necessary to restore the expended strength by normalizing the diet. After the diet, you must include all the necessary foods in the diet. Otherwise, the diet will already be passed, and health will be harmed.
