The question arises – what can you eat? You can eat all types of meat, poultry and fish meat. The daily diet can be supplemented with raw boiled sausages, ham, mushrooms, water, unsweetened green tea and coffee. Cooking should be steamed. When frying, you can use only olive oil.

The maximum duration of following a protein-vitamin diet is ten days, in which you need to eat food at least five times a day. Another important rule of the protein-vitamin diet is to drink at least two liters of water daily, in fact, as much as possible. It is important to remember that with a diet, drinking during meals and for thirty minutes after eating is prohibited. Meat products should be two parts, vegetables one part.

The task of the protein-vitamin diet is to switch the body’s forces to processing fats. It is known that with the same amount of calories, a protein diet will be more effective than a diet based on foods high in carbohydrates.

The pluses of the protein-kitamine diet include the fact that with its help you can significantly reduce weight without experiencing a feeling of hunger.

There are protein and vitamin diets and the negative side. Allowed foods deprive the body of many beneficial vitamins and minerals, which over time leads to loss of nail strength, peeling of the skin and increased fatigue. The kidneys with this diet work more actively. For people suffering from kidney disease, such a diet is strictly prohibited.
