Intestinal disorders are very common and are of a different nature. The treatment of a disorder depends on the specific features of its development. Nevertheless, for almost all disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, special treatment with diets for the intestine is used.

A diet for the intestines is extremely important, since it is proper nutrition that allows the functioning of this organ of the digestive system. People suffering from various disorders of the intestines, it is necessary to eat foods boiled or steamed. To stimulate the motor function of the intestine, it is necessary to eat plant foods that stimulate excretory intestinal function. However, even plant-based products should not cause fermentation in the intestines and irritate the sensitive mucous membrane.

A diet for the intestine should be based on the specifics of impaired intestinal motor function. With the development of dyskinesia due to lack of intestinal motility, the main principle of the diet for the intestine is the inclusion of such products in the diet – beets and carrots, cauliflower and tomatoes, pumpkin and leafy green salad. All of them can be eaten raw or cooked. With this type of intestinal disorder, the diet excludes consumption – turnips and radishes, garlic and onions, mushrooms and radishes – all these vegetables contain essential oils. It is better to prefer bread rye and wheat, but the flour should be coarse. It is advisable to eat bran bread. From cereals, the diet allows buckwheat and pearl barley, oatmeal. Porridge on a diet for the intestine is prepared exclusively on water.

Dietary soups should be prepared on lean meat or fish broth. It is recommended to drink a vegetable broth. Fish and meat should be selected only low-fat. The method of preparation is boiling and steaming, baking and stewing. If the patient tolerates proteins well in the diet, two soft boiled eggs can be eaten per day.

On a diet for the intestines, it is useful to drink freshly squeezed juices from fruits and vegetables. To establish intestinal motility, it is useful to eat bananas and dates, dried apricots and prunes, apples and figs. In addition, dairy and sour-milk products such as kefir and yogurt, yogurt and fermented baked milk, and also dairy products with bifidobacteria will help correct the condition.

The process of emptying the bowel contributes to cold food or food at room temperature. In addition, to normalize emptying, it is useful to eat natural bran, previously scalded with boiling water. Bran can be added to soups. At the same time, the number of bran added to food should increase every day. Bran should be consumed for no less than one and a half months.

Oils of plant and animal origin help restore intestinal motility in case of hypomotor disorder of intestinal function. These oils include – butter and vegetable oil.

The diet for the intestines prohibits the use of bakery products of first grade flour, pastries and sweets, fatty meat, poultry and fish, smoked and canned food, strong coffee and tea, as well as spicy foods. Limit is the use of porridge from semolina and rice, pasta and potatoes, as well as foods that provoke the formation of gases in the intestines – beans and cabbage, grape juice and apples.

A distinctive feature of the diet for the restoration of intestinal microflora is the absence of toxins in the permitted products. In addition, all food should be rich in vegetable fats and fiber.
