In fact, a delicious diet is not alone; there are many of them. But consider one of the most delicious diets – a honey diet. Honey is a very useful natural product that is unlikely to be comparable with anything else in nutrition and unrivaled taste. The peculiarity of this delicious diet is that a person will not feel weak, since the use of honey more than covers the lack of carbohydrates in the body, which is so noticeable on most diets.

Among other things, honey is considered a universal product. Thus, it can be used not only inside, but also for external cosmetics. Consider several combinations of a delicious diet and the use of honey externally.

The first scheme of a delicious diet

Every morning, 2 hours before eating and every evening two hours before bedtime, on an empty stomach, drink a honey drink. All other products can be eaten, of course, adhering to a reasonable diet, that is, no more than 1.2 thousand calories daily. After the evening taking a honey drink, you can’t eat anything.

The second scheme of a delicious diet

Main breakfast: 150 g of low-fat cottage cheese with the addition of a teaspoon of honey, a glass of unsweetened tea with lemon, 1 apple.

2nd breakfast: a jar of nonfat natural yogurt, a glass of any freshly squeezed juice.

Lunch: boiled or steamed cauliflower or broccoli, a glass of fresh strawberries or 1 apple, tea with honey and lemon.

Snack: banana or apple.

Dinner: the first day – a glass of low-fat kefir with a spoon of honey, the second day 200 g of vegetable broth, apple, honey.

A delicious diet – honey can also be dangerous

Honey is a strong allergen, in connection with this, a honey diet is not suitable for everyone. If an allergic reaction is observed on all bee products, it is better not to risk it.

To enhance the effect of weight loss, honey must be applied to the skin of the body. Honey body masks and body wraps help normalize metabolic processes, reduce excess fat deposits, help with body intoxication, and, among other things, nourish, moisturize and rejuvenate the skin. 

Before you make honey wraps, you need to warm up the body with a massage. After that, coat the body with the prepared mixture, wrap in a film, wrap the body in a blanket. For the mixture, you can use only honey or mix it, for example, with milk, kefir or alcohol. Essential oils of rose, lemon, orange, grapefruit, vinegar or juice can be mixed in honey.

Honey: apply a thin layer of fresh liquid honey to the skin, hold for an hour, rinse with warm water.

Honey with milk or kefir: dilute honey with milk or kefir in equal parts. Further, the procedure according to the same scheme.

Honey with alcohol: stir the ingredients in equal proportions. Such a body mask dries the skin very much, so immediately after its application, the skin must be lubricated with a nourishing cream.

Honey product is healthy and quite high in calories. It includes about 60 essential minerals for the human body: glucose and mineral salts, enzymes and vitamin compounds. 100 g of honey make up 0.1 daily human energy needs. The body absorbs honey very quickly, honey normalizes the digestion process.

Honey is used as a tonic for immunity, a tonic, used to heal wounds and burns, with diseases of the cardiovascular system, kidney and liver diseases.
